AVS Video Converter Settings for iPlayer DS card

    Hi, I'm getting the iPlayer for DSlite tomorrow and am going to use the software "AVS Video Converter" to rip films from DVD to a format for iPlayer.

    AVI / 3GP / RM / MPEG / MOV / WMV are all supported with the iPlayer card, but I would like to know which is the best format to use, giving me the best quality result, but not the biggest in file size

    and exactly what settings in the program to use. When you select the format to write to, there is a minefield of information for its settings and I would really appreciate some help
