I know you mean well but starting a topic with the title "Asians of RomUlation unite" is kinda not cool because you're sort of telling people to "group together" based on ethnicity or whatever, a mild racial slur if you will.

 

i think he just want to know whos asian here there is no problem is there

 

It's not a racial slur, depends on the context of his words. In this case he wants to know if anyone else is Asian. Anyways, this should be moved to the Games, Jokes and Random subforum....

not really, it could also mean that you're a citizen of an asian country, you could therefore be caucasian by ethnicity but asian geographically. I sure as hell know that people that migrate to America call themselves American yet they still acknowledge their mother ethnicity

mine inihaw na isda (grilled fish) and chicken

 

Chicharon, Sisig and Kare Kare basically most of the Filipino foods that I'd touch I stick to Chinese and Japanese food so its not really local for me

chicharon is deep fried whatever, but the most famous one in the Philippines would be made out of pig skin, since when you say chicharon it normally pertains to that. it could also be made out of corn, chicken skin, pig/chicken innards I'm guessing its sorta like pork rinds.

Sisig is the nose or ear or cheeks or brain(honestly i don't know what they're made of. every filipino has an opinion of what its made of anyway) diced then sauted in lots of oil to make it crunchy served on a sizzling plate, but there's also a soft variety

kare kare is beef or lamb cooked in peanut sauce with veggies like eggplant

 

Chicharon in English is Pork rinds & no there is no chicharon inards, only the regular chicharon (purely pig skin deep fat fried) & chicharon bulaklak or pig's ears

Sisig is only made up of the meat surrounding a pig's head, including the snout, but not the brains

 

deep frying does wonders XD that's all that I could say

brains are sometimes used as a substitute or else I have eaten in one of the weirdest calinderia's in the philippines

ah well i forgot to mention the occassional fishball, kikiam, kwekkwek and dirty ice cream and the infamous balut thanks to fear factor I don't understand why westerners throw up when they eat it, its actually pretty good. I mean sure it may look disgusting but it actually tastes good.

 

They're disgusted with balut because of the chick, they think balut is a form of abortion & this idea conflicts with their palatte for tasting something new thus making their stomachs turn to the very least

 

ha! from the country that legalizes abortion(talking about fear factor here) XD how... ironic ;D

anyway more fun food to eat (chinese food)
beef with tendon noodle soup
hakaw (shrimp puff)
xiao long pao
spicy dumplings (pork dumplings served in a bowl of spicy soy sauce mixture)
salt and pepper squid

bananaque and kamoteque its deep fry banana and sweet potato with red sugar
