I've been playing Starcraft 2 so I'm looking for a game on the DS that can let you take control of armies or something of the sort like Starcraft 2.

...you won't get anything like that on ds...except for warhammer.

I'd suggest pc games, like command and conquer.

Hmm.. okay. I've tried ant nation, it was kinda slow. Kids at school moved from HoN to DotA and now they're playing LoL. None of them really suit me though.

    You want real-time strategy?

Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings. You could take control of units in that, was a decent game.

Perhaps Advance Wars? not really a RTS though.

As for RTS, maybe you could try Age of Empire : The Age of Kings, and Robocalypse.

Age of Kings isn't RTS. I would recommend Lego Battles. It has a satisfying amount of content (for a DS game).

Here, here. It get s hard as shite later though so there is a bit of level-grinding on extra missions involved.

    Robocalypse is an RTS.

I think the reason why there are so few RTS games is because of the tiny screens.

But the screen is still way too small.

It'd work if the game had base bulding like Dawn of War. The buildings with depth would give a lovely sense of realism. Dawn of War 3DS WANT!
