that are like Final Fantasy based RPG's, Similar to the RPG style they use
    Share Turn-By-Turn battle interfeces
And are not named Final Fantasy :)

I'm trying to find games like this to keep me from my boredom from not ever completing any of my FF games...

Any games with the same Turn-by-turn function as them?

    Or

Are there any good Strategy games up? like Advance Wars, Luminous Arc, and that stuff?

    For Strategy/ SRPGs/turn based:
Tactics Ogre : Knight of Lodis
Shining Force : Resurrection of Dark Dragon
Super Robot Wars (not everyone will like this)
    Riviera: the Promised Land
    Disgaea

Just asking: have you played Final Fantasy Tactics for PSX? That's another great choice.

Atelier Iris was awesome, and if you like Final Fantasy you need to go play Suikoden like, right now. I also recommend Jade Cocoon 2. All of those are on the PS2.

For DS, you may like Lost Magic and Magical Starsign. Lost Magic isn't turn-based, but is quite a fun little RPG, and Magical Starsign was fun and is an old-school RPG.

he's referring to turn based rpgs, it's old school rpg.

    try;
phantasy star series [1-4, 1 is on the master system and the other 3 are for the genesis] please be aware that the first three are difficult.

    dragon warriors series for nes

    shining force series from sega

ultima [i'm not sure about the 16bit versions, but the old nes versions, especially exodus, are extremely old and are turn based]

romance series [romance and the third kingdom and such] are turn based strategy games

lunar series [available for sega cd, ps1, saturn, gba, and a new one for ds]

    magical starsign [for ds]

    golden sun series [for gba]

skies of arcadia [dreamcast or gamecube]

mario rpg series [legends of the seven stars, snes, superstar saga, gba, partners in time, ds]

dragon quest is often know to be a turn based rpg

someone mentioned earlier, fire emblem series [a strategy rpg, available on nintendo only]

    chrono cross [ps1]

btw, square has made a lot of rpg's for the ds in the past year and are for the ds and are strategy based [heroes of mana, Hoshigami Remix, front mission, etc.]

also, front mission, mech strategy game.
