   I'm only getting around 4.5MB/s download this evening (7/4/2016). Is there something going on with the server? I usually get around 12-12.5MB/s. I've checked my connection and other sites work fine.

   Could very well be. We're in the processing of migrating to a new host who has a better network, this should hopefully remove any slow downs people have been experiencing.
