are any GC loaders different from the GCbackup launcher?

im asking since im having troubles with it, it for some odd reason my multi game ISO of NTSC as a PAL game, meaning it shows a white and black screen, and im wanting to burn 3 titles onto a new multi game disc, 007: from russia with love, Star fox adventures ( it has odd problems i will point out here) and PN03.

appart i was planning to burn all the RE's onto the discs im stoping the idea until i get an idea of what is happening.

issue #1: the launcher selects the first game and boots it ignores the other two games that were burn onto the disc.

issue#2: Black and white screen yet fully playable game.

issue#3 (starfox one): the voices are out sync with the text or they simply dont show up, if i go and talk with the guy who challenges me to a mini game to get scarabs the game crashes.

this happens in the second starfox of GC too so i know its not unrelated, i have the lates CIOS, the MIOS patch v8 is installed and the backuplauncher is the 0.02 and i have the latest homebrew channel
