I've played a lot of games in an arcade, but most of them would be deemed as retro now, last one I can recall I played last was Gauntlet Legends, my ultimate favorite was Dragon's Lair.
Tekken 6!... the local arcade near me has tekken 6... i mean, the actual game hasnt come out but the arcade has it!! Sweet huh? dont believe me ill prove it, let me know
I ´ve only played two of them. The very first "Shinobi" and "Street Fighter II". Don`t wanna know how much money get lost into these 2 Arcarde Games. Wow..."Dragon`s Lair" ? Was the Arcarde Version like the Computer Games? Just to hit the right direction in the right Time?
2 years ago, I was in a small town for vacation. Only gaming devices were in a "arcade saloooooon"(actual name-poor translation) and me and my friend were going there every single night. 30 minutes max but it was hella fun! I usually play games with guns-real guns- such as Time Crisis 2-3-4 or HotD 2-3, and many others. But I also play games with realistic accesories, such as NFS and Mario Kart. And I remember playing a game with a skateboard. It was soo realistic
All initial d machines, wangan midnight maximum tune, house of the dead, sega rally, daytona, mario kart arcade, metal slug, mortal kombat 1. Good times on these machines...
Yes it was a pain until you learned the patterns what really sucked was once you think you had a room finally figured out you get what I called the "mirrored" version of that room so all the movements are now exactly opposite of the original room but the graphics at the time kept me interested. I've also played a few ports of it on various consoles/computer/dvd but they still seem to be missing that arcade feeling. *sigh* going about it has got me wanting to play it again "Lead on, adventurer...your quest awaits!"

I just remembered 2 more Games that i have played on Arcade. It was just on a Holiday, in France: "Toki" and "Ghost `n Goblins". The second one I played somwhere back in the 80`s on my first trip to france with my parents. The Arcade-version had outstanding graphics compared to the old C64-Version that my Father had on his Computer.
