AR code help

so, theres this one code for pokemon pearl, which allows to you to get any move through using TM 1.

heres the code:

now i've checked to see if there are any errors in the code on my AR several times. and it works up the point where you are holding L and using TM 1, it freezes up right after you press "yes" when it asks you if wanna teach it to a pokemon. also, the move i'm trying to get is hypnosis, number 95.

 

either turn off soft reset if you have it on, or find a different code, theres a code to give you all HMs and TMs.

 

whats soft reset? also, i've used the Tm and Hm code, and hypnosis ain't a tm
