well not only F2P, but they decide to give you the game free of charge.... of course there is a catch... F2P have bunch of feature locked away (no voice chat, no trophy..ect ect) and severely limited (max fund is only $1500, couple of character slot...ect ect)... but wait, they let your account to get premium status if you have spend at least $5 on the PSN which will lift up some of the limitation.. but luckily those limitation and locked feature have nothing to do the general gameplay... at least that is what i heard.
Sony's DC Universe Online servers are all up the shit at that moment. It didn't get a good f2p launch at all.
