Anyone here good with Photoshop or gimp? [pkmn Frame border]

Not sure if this is the correct thread or not? but if it's not I apologize, but heres my question.
Anyone here good with gimp or photoshop? I need a good pokemon frame or border design for a video I'm doing and I will give full credit for you're work.

Heres something similar to what I need, but it needs to be of Diamond and pearl theme, with dialga and palkia colors such as Dark blue, gray,white, purple or was it pink? anyway palkia and dialgas colors on this border frame.

Anyway, imagine something like that, but with a diamond and pearl theme, and I promise you that I will give you credit for your work, and it will get alot of views. That I'm sure of.
