i already played resident evil deadly silence but it doesn't scare me that much.. any suggestion on what good horror ds games out there?
Try Dementium:The Ward. It's FPS with horror scheme and trust it's good but u will need to adjust yourself to FPS control though.
Theresia is pretty good, although not outright scary or anything it's a psychological horror that uses your own imagination against you - so to speak. And yeah, Dementium is pretty good - if on the easy side.

Dementium the Ward was a fantastic game, too scary for my needs lol but still i loved the gameplay, and everything else about it... Im anticipating Dementium 2's release, and you should also try Resident Evil: DS...

touch the dead havent played it but i think its a Zombie on rail shooter Resident Evil DS scared me. i never got past the first level
For more of a fun, shump take on horror, try Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ. It's not exactly scary, but it's a fun little rail-shooter that kind of flew under everyone's radar. Also, seconding Theresia, it is creepy. <_<;; Also... O___O;;
