for video files try something like super converter, flaskmpeg, tsunami video encoder etc. I personally use Mainconcept AVC encoder, but that's professional software with a matching price tag.
i currently use format factory Super Converter converts to most formats though so it'd be better i think
you need to conv. into .avi or similar and then into .dpg? i couldn't get batch dpg to convert anything because all it wanted was .avi files. its easier just downloading the movies... don't think i'd find some of my movies in a torrent even, though. is there a set of straight out instructions anywhere?
Hey i'm looking to compress some movie img files and I have a couple of questions about it. 1. What is the best format to compress movies? 2. What is the best program to use? I'm basically looking to convert my movie img files to .avi but if there is a better format please let me know. The format must be able to be burned to dvd so I can watch them off the dvd. If anyone can help me with this it would be much appreaciated. Cheers
Look for a program Called Format Factory it converts anything(movies:any to any,music:any to any,pictures:same and even has a built in DVD to Avi ripper) even can make avi to flash of .gif(minus sound of course)
