Gba also has spliter cell... Or you could try some of the emulators for other consoles, I do suggest getting metal gear solid (any version-even 4 if you have a ps3) and even the original "metal gear" games on msx format. Not the nes ones...dodgy... Other than those, there is boktai or lunar knights (gba and ds in that order) and while they are closer to zelda in gameplay, they are made by kojima (dude who made the mgs games) and even placed a few stealth elements into them. Not dedicated stealth but still great games.
