Another Question about the GameCube.

How do you modify the GameCube so it can read the mini DVDs? I burned Call of Duty 2, now I need to know how to get the GameCube to read it.

 

It is one of the harder consoles to hack. You can try a few things:

1. Use Google.
2. Learn what modchips are available for the Gamecube (A little research doesn't hurt).
3. Visit a site called Thepurplecube. (It's a site only for GC, you'll get help there if you don't sound so noobish).

You'll need some form of boot disc, like the Datel SD media launcher. And you'll need to open your GC and tweak the potentiometer for the laser (there are guides for that).

 

Hey there. So I'v seen that there is an emulator for GameCube on PC, although you have to have a really good computer to be able to run it smoothly. Does anyone know the minimum requirements needed for it to run smoothly??? Without any glitches or the speed slowing down (if it's possible).

 

what can save you troubles is that you buy a modchip and seek a store were they install it or get a wii due most lareday come pre modded.
