Most of us know that a few days ago, Anonymous hacked Sony Music because of their support to SOPA. what is not know is that Anonymous also got something else from this attack. Anonymous was able to get music and videos from Sony from over 10 years and has posted them over the internet to download through torrents

ill post link only if a mod or admin lets me do it, in the meantime, use google to find this if you are interested

Posting warez is against the rules here so I wouldn't count on getting permission at the very least.

I learned something new tonight :)

I really thought warez only covered software & games, not music & videos. ???

I wish "they" would also attack WMG & Vevo for ruining Youtube :p

I hated it when WMG & other big name companies started removing their artists' music & videos on Youtube &/or not allowing you to add them to your playlist. It's not like you're stealing their stuff when you happen to like a song from their artists & want the video to play on your playlist.

Probably because the files are hosted on torrents making them part of warez? ???

the question is, is this a good thing, considering the so-called 'music' of the last few years?

BAH!! All the good music is now done by the little guy:

    Dwelling of Duels: Special Zone

Or it's from the late 40s to early 90s.

No you're wrong. [Insert obscure music here] is the only good music since [insert time period 30-50 years before the current year].

So because they wanted to make money it ruined youtube and its exactly like you're stealing their stuff. I like my next door neighbours television but that doesn't mean i can use it without their permission

    Bad analogy there :p

Here's a better one explaining my point of view:

I don't have a television set but my neighbor does. He lets me watch TV with him watching from an open window. I can watch for free without buying my own television but I can only do so if he is watching & I can't be picky with what I can watch.

And if some smart ass will comment on the impossibility of such a thing happening in this day & age, remember... think third world :p

Videos that they own can not be put into one's playlist.
