ya they all are figures XD the 1st 3 pic is Yuki Nagato (kawaii version) from Suzumiya Haruhi, the 4th pic Hazuki from Moon Phase note: they are only 2 figures in the picture, Yuki Nagato have 3 mode (change-able parts)
