Not sure if this is the right place for this but... but does anybody else get a good morning announcement all the time? And what sounds like a chime announcing the turn of the hour roughly every five minutes? Is there something wrong with the rom or is that just how the game is?
I've never had a good morning announcement, and the chime should only go off at XX:00, every hour. I believe something might be wrong with your rom, or you might be using a an AR/Gameshark cheat causing this. (I remember me using an AR cheat which caused the time to stay at 12:00 once, so double check that.)
