My box is broken (no surprise there)... One red light....Warranty is up...€150 to fix...no thank you Thought it might be a problem with the AV cable...but I tried it with one I know for a fact is working...no result Therefore, I have come to the conclusion it's a problem with the ana chip... Does anyone know anything about this chip ?? i.e. how I can pinpoint the problem , possible fixes or if anyone knows where I can get a replacement... Please don't post the towel trick... :
Its not the ring of death as such... I have one red light...which indicates hardware failure The ring of death is three red lights and indicates multiple hardware failure... If it was the ring of death, I would have no problem as the extended warranty would apply...
