Almost there

I went through the new ROMS yesterday and saw the Chrono Trigger for the NDS (it said it was japanese but it starts out in English, but you can switch languages later) so i downloaded it just to see if it was like the original.... It kinda was but when i warped to the Dark Ages in the beggining it got stuck in the warp thingy...I would just like to know if this happened to any one else if it did, is this fixable??

 

Im pretty sure this is a common problem. From what ive read Square Enix have intentionally added a routine that get executed every time a portal is used as well at other key events that check to see if the game is running on a flashcard, if so, the game won't let you progress any further. This was an intentionally done by Square Enix to halt piracy of the game or at least slow it down.

There is currently a cheat to fix the problem, ill see if I can find it
