ok so there was supposed to be an Aliens: Colonial Marines game for the NDS. Which so far seems to be a canceled project (Read article in link) http://www.unseen64.net/2009/05/29/aliens-colonial-marines-ds-cancelled/ .

This game seemed like it had a lot of potential to it and may have been in the finishing stages. If you look at the Queen fight in the loading dock suit. Also, note picture 8 (a live space jocky has been introduced into the Aliens Gaming (a living one hasn't even been seen in movies.). as well as what seems to be some new alien species not seen in the games or movies before (or could have been seen in the AVP SNES and Arcade games.)

The game looked pretty polished and nearly complete as far as the screenshots go, and was done up in a contra/metalslug style mix. I think this could have been a new revolution for Nintendo and could have possibly made some nice launches for later titles in release. Seeing as how SEGA is now working on the new Aliens and Aliens vs Predator Game lines (Nintendo is major share holder in SEGA and usually gets first dibs on games and titles now.).

I'm lookiung for some opinions here on how you think a game like this could have been good and/or made a nice impact on the future of nintendo, since the Aliens Franchise is one of the biggest names in scifi up to date and has the most sought after artist (H. R. Giger) as their designer (still designing them for the games and comics today).
