Well, I'm pretty new to the world of computer graphics, so none of these are all that great. I guess for now I'll show off my gaming sigs. Enjoy :D

    First, though:
I made this pic not too long ago. I like the effect. Looks like a rainy day in the Mushroom Kingdom

Well I'm sure they'd be a whole lot better if:
    A: I used Photoshop
    B: I had more experience

AetherMaster....just use the GIMP...its open source
Same thing and no guilty conscience....I can help you get started if you need help....

Nice sigs....I like the classic nintendo vibe you've got going...
You're missing a Donkey Kong one though....

Yea GiMP is what I'm trying to use now. I'm so used to the primitive MS paint, I don't recognize a lot of commands. I hear GiMP is on par with PhotoShop, it's just fancier and can do more "advanced" stuff, like I would know.....

Do not share illegal *cough* material/cracks/keygens here. (thanks loony).

But nice work considering the program you are using, perhaps just pick up some tuts for effects and you wont even need photoshop. Besides a program only works as well as the person using it, if you cant use PS, and obviously you can use paint.NET, try sticking with that and improving instead of switching programs.

Yeah...Photoshop is fancier because it's proprietary...
GIMP can do just about everything photoshop can if you can find the right script...
