Advance Mart Problems, run time error if i try to use item editor function

So i am working on a new Hack for pokemon emerald, i am planning to make it so any one can catch all 380+ pokes, however to make things easier i tought of adding master balls and Rare Candies for sell, i suceeded in a way, despite i was able to add the item for sell, i am unable to edit the price, if i try to use the item editor function, i get a run time error 5, invalid procedure call or argument, this is weird due to several Youtube vids show the item editor function works, i've read i need to paste comctl32.ocx[font=verdana, geneva, lucida, lucida grande, arial, helvetica, sans-serif] to my system32 folder, outside that googling the error gives me no real results, so any ideas of why this is happening?, hanks in advance to whoever takes the time to help me.[/font]

 

Did you try running the programm as admin?
That worked for me.

 

Ran it in compatibility mode for XP SP3 and execute as admin and i still get the error
