Hi all, I keep on experiencing this problem visiting this site nowadays. The ads is not like the usual one where you can wait a little and click 'continue' (or whatever i forgot the word) at the top right corner and return to romulation to keep browsing. now i keep getting transfer to a site with video. something like cashmoney (forgot, i copied but for some reason is gone) something from the url. once transfer, the little continue button on the top is not there. and i can not even hit back. I just tried to visit this site and this cashmoney (?) keep showing up. i close my browser and open it again. My 14th tried, finally able to visit a different ads and click on continue. I tried to close my browser before the ad finished, and i tried to wait it out and type romulation.net again. same thing. I tried with both IE7 and Firefox2. i don't think there will be a different with firefox3 which is in beta right now. so i don't bother installing that just to try romulation.
Maybe it's do with your cookies? I'm not sure but many other people experience/d out of the ordinary ads just like you.
this wouldn't be cookies. Are you sure its not a pop up window? If it isn't, it may be a rogue ad, in which case we need the name and url.
ok. i didn't get it this time. i'll let you know if i get it the next time. UPDATE: Ok. here's the link: http://www.cashmoneygrants.com/glossary/menu1.htm just once, it also forward to this following link AFter the above link. http://www.buydrugonline.com/ Finally, i tried more than 20+ times before i can really access this site to provide this information. PS. is not pop-up.
selling controlled drugs is considerably more severe, and the advertising agencies will not want to be accused of aiding and abetting such an offence.
If you have the same problem with other ads then please do post the url of the site here, otherwise we can't do anything, we can't go through every single ad, that's just not humanly possible with the resources we have available.
Yes this happened to me just then, the URL was http://www.realtrafficbroker.com/adserver/index.php?SID=23 and I couldn't get back either. Restarting firefox did the trick though.
Well I went through all the resellers and some that seemed shady and found one ad that would pop up alert boxes and not make nice nice. It's disabled now, I couldn't find any of the others, perhaps adbrite got to them before I did.
or you guys can try pressing the back button or just refresh the page, that is what i did when those ads appear, and they seem to work.
