Adobe files- fixed

Well I just joined this site and was thrilled today when it finally started to let me download games (last night it was acting up for some reason, but apparently that has cleared up now).I've tried to download a few games and to my frustration, they downloaded as adobe files and I'm not sure why. They technically are considered .rar files, for which I got the extractor, but when I right click the adobe file to extract the game, it doesn't give me the option to do so. About the only option I have is to open it in adobe and even that doesn't work cause adobe can't read it. I have an r4 by the way, if that's any help. Am I doing something wrong or missing anything? I've looked through a bunch of threads but couldn't find any topics on this. If anyone can help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Of course, as soon as I post this, after literally trying to find a solution for an hour, I figure out how to make it work lol. Sorry.
