well I thought id just post this since im not sure how many of you keep up. Adobe releases new versions of photoshop pretty much every year. the CS4 series was released not too long ago. Just thought id say I highly recomend the update to CS4 since its a hell of a lot faster, and the layout makes things alot quicker and easier, especially for those still picking it up.

Not to be a poacher... but yes there are plenty of CS4 torrents.

Damn, I just downloaded Photoshop CS3 about 3/4 weeks ago. I think I'll just keep with this until I feel I should "upgrade" to CS4.

if your still not completely comfortable in CS3 then get CS4 now since a lot has changed, CS4 will make things a lot easier for you.

Yeah I got CS4 Extended, bought it of course. The layout seems to be a bit more userfriendly, with a few options, liking it so far.

lol youll fit right in with loony then since he insists that 7.0 will do everything he needs :p

Ive gone back to using CS3 because of compatibility issues between CS4 on PC at home and CS3 on mac at uni. And no there shouldnt be issues but there are, and no one can figure it out lol.

CS2 has been decent so far. I didn't bother getting CS3, just didn't feel like I needed the features they added. I'll look into CS4. I didn't know it already came out. My PC is crazy slow so I'm afraid it's gonna run even slower than CS2. :)

Ehh, the only new use to me in CS4 is Vibrance. I still use CS4 for GFX cause it's more user friendly though, and it loads faster.
