Add a Top Games module!

    Been a long time since I've posted but I'm like that =P Anyways I thought it would be a good idea if there was a "20 Most Popular Roms" section were we could see a percentage of how many people download that specific game beside each rom. For instance:

    Final Fantasy IV - 32,672
    Pokemon Diamond - 25,981
    (ect..) :)

    You can sort by downloads which is essentially the same thing. Also, we actually do have a most downloaded ROM module. Funny that.
