Add a "Solve topic" button?

    From what I seen (and done in the past) people will make a question, but not come back even when answered.

    And I see this often, sure alot reply but alot don't.

    Using the solved button might be even more rare.

    Admins can mark it solved then, we'll look at this once the final SMF version is ready.

    whether we use it now or not has no bearing on whether it will get updated or not
