ActRaiser

    In my SNES emulator (zsnesw) whenever I start the first level the game freezes. How do I fix this?

    Depends on various things could be your Operating System or a bad rom dump. try updating the emulator to the current version, if that doesn't work or you already have a current one, then try an older version if that fails then you may try getting a diffrent rom I downloaded it from here and it works fine for me, but right off I am not sure what version of zsnes I am running.

    Perhaps incompatible. Use Snes9x.

    Is your copy of ActRaiser the US one, denoted by the (U) designation? If so that version seems to be buggy for some reason, maybe an un-confirmed bad dump. Use the European version, denoted by the (E) designation, that version works fine both on snes9x & zsnes :D
