Hey i've just registered an account on romulation.com, have G-Mail. i recieved the activication mail but there was no activication code in it! ??? Please help me!!!!
It's RomUlation.Net I don't know if you can get it resent, but if you can try it. Otherwise the admins could do it for you. Are you supposed to get a activation code? I don't remember getting one when I signed up in August or something.
yes you are supposed to get a code. Try the email again, if it doesn't work then Seph will have to look into it.
In my case it wasn't a "code" or password, it was a clickable link to RomUlation along with the typical message containing my account info & ending with "if you did not apply for this account registration please notify us or ignore it altogether" Ofcourse I clicked on the link because I did register, then RomUlation's "home" page was opened by my browser & I inputted my particulars & I was in!
Oh so you mean the url IS the code Something new I've learned Umm going a little off topic now, I got a question Sometimes when I look at the total number of guests/visitors thing, I see entries like 2 hidden, I know I maybe a bit paranoid here but are those you guys, I mean the Admins/moderators?
And I thought some unknown people were spying on us or something, man I really should cut back on conspiracy theory based shows :-[
Odd, it worked fine when I just tried re-requesting an activation email. Let me send one to you, let me know if that one doesn't have an activation key either.
this is what your e-mail should look like. I registered not long ago and it should be like this:- Dear [username], Thank you for registering at RomUlation. In order to help prevent automated programs from signing up to spam our site, we require users to activate their account. This only needs to be done once and can be done simply by clicking on the following link: http ://www.romulation.net/user/activate.php?u=453777&activation_code=[activation code xxxxxxxxxx] If the link has been stripped or otherwise tampered with then you can manually enter your activation code which is: [activation code xxxxxxxxxx] All the best, The RomUlation Staff.
