So I was trying to sign up. No sign of the activation code, so I went to get it resent. Got a funny error yet not error at the same time. (See bottom picture.) I still didn't get it, so it made me wonder whether the code had indeed been sent, and I resent it. Got that error-not-error again, but still nothing. Then I switched email addresses, got another error-not-error (top picture), but I managed to get the code this time. I'm not sure what to make of this. It could be that my first email address was just not accepted because it's from a smaller email address provider, and the second because it's from yahoo. Just thought it was a random, confusing thing you should know about.
Hmm yeah, that is weird, have you managed to get everything working yet? You're set as a regular member and not as a member awaiting activation.
Yeah well I'm not surprised, the forum is the only thing that isn't coded by me so ofcourse it isn't working properly. ;D
All the alternatives either costs cash or plainly suck. SMF FOR EFFING PRESIDENT! Although I do admit I have had to bug the developers on several occasions.
The mailing bug struck again. I had to change to a third email address in order to get registered here. Oh and hello!
