What are you using to play it? Action Replay is a device that uses created codes to hex editing ROMs either temporarily or permanently (using temporarily). Action Replay has been built into flashcarts and emulators.

 

its the same as gameshark...
but its usually in a different length format....
it'll work usually....if the program (emu) support it!
like epsxe with dr.hell plugin.....

 

Well, I don't think AR hacks the game, instead it... does what Anand said. It's an enhanced cheating system, as you don't need the cheats to be built in the game to cheat.

But hacking a game is different.

 

I always thought of of these action replay codes doing the same thing that using a HEX editor on the save files did, only without having to go that deep.

Like a HEX editor with a user interface built for cheating... kinda?

 

yea i know ive hacked many of my ds games and left an unhacked sav file too.

but i have no idea whats a action replay code , but oh well ill have to live with it .

ill try the no$gba then convert the save hehe! <-- FAIL!!!!!!!

oi and how do i leave a post of how to hack i want to TEACH THE WORLD! its harmful? and works but requires more work that just copying and pasting the code ^^. but still very very EASY its for beginners. but has great advantages.
