Action Replay Cheats Not Working?

Hi, i was using cheats fine yesterday but now today the cheats are acting up. The cheats that don't require a command such as Hold L + R are working fine. I'm playing pokemon platinum. Under emulator controls i made sure i was using the right controls after i configured everything to my liking etc. Any tips?

What emulator are you using?

 

Use no$gba 2.6a (the latest version) if you aren't. Note that no$gba isn't a proper Action Replay.

 

Yeah, i'm using 2.6. Its odd though cuz every cheat works just the ones that require an L + R action etc don't =\

 

Well first update to 2.6a to see if that helps.

Otherwise what you could do is change the activator code (the line/s in the code that look similar to this 94000130 FCFF0000), these activators make the code active when you trigger them. So try using a program like R4CCE (by Yasu, google it) to use different activators or 'keys' (like just L).
