Could somebody please tell me why my software isn't even recognizing the fact that my card as being plugged in when it is? I tried resetting it and that's the message I got.

My computer is fine. It's my action replay thats not. And if my computer wasn't fine how the heck could I be posting here?!
That's not necessarily true. Any smartphone or tablet would work fine. I'm just saying that it could be your computer. I have a USB that never registers with one of my computer. Works fine on the rest of them, it just doesn't work on a certain one. So, I ask again, have you tried connecting it to another PC?
I don't have another computer. I'm only one person. I've always thought owning two of something was silly.
Okay. Have you tried re-installing the driver that came with it? This should come with the installation disc. If you haven't got the disk, the files can be downloaded here.
Can't you input codes on it manually? Back in the days of the older consoles like the NES, you do manually input codes on your cheat device using your gamepad. Do these newer cheat devices lack this feature?
