Acekard2i weird problems

I was reading some changelog in my acekard2i that tells what games were fixed after each firmware update. Then I turned it off because I was getting tired. But I turned on my ds lite after 10 minutes later and then my ak2i gets stuck on the loading screen. That's it, it's just says loading.
Then I tried it on my sisters dsi ( I performed the update to bypass 1.4) and the icon doesn't show. When I press L or R for the camera then go back to the menu the icon shows but it says error.
Anyone know how to fix this?

 

Backup your files, format your MicroSD, and reinstall the firmware files. Could be that your MicroSD got corrupted or some firmware files are missing.

 

After copying your saves off your mircoSD card, you need to reformat the card with the Panasonic re-formater, and install the latest version of AKAIO 1.5.1, and place the new loader(AK2/AK2i loader) in the __aio/ak2loader directory. Good luck and if you need any questions please ask,

Darn! It still is stuck on the loading screen! Any other solution guys?

When I formatted it was it supposed to be FAT 32? What is that anyway?
