acekard update help

    ok so i had some techies help update the acekard so it is now compatible with my dsi (yes it is v1.4 but i didn't update my dsi it was already installed when i bought it) but does that mean i can't update my acekard? i wanted to download the latest acekard update so i can play AC 2.

    The firmware won't save you, you need the "1.4 fix" from the acekard site.


    But you'd need a dsi that isn't on 1.4/a non dsi system in order to do it...you need something to let the app run.

    no you weren't reading it whole, i had a couple of friends install the 1.4 fix on their DSL so it now works on my dsi. my question is can i download OS updates and will it crash my compatibility with V1.4U DSI

    The update is separate from the firmware. Once updated you can use which ever firmware you want and it will still work on the DSi 1.4
