acekard 2i

    i have an acekard 2i with the AKAIO 1.4.1 proper firmware, but i cannot play wifi games. i trimmed the games, but even untrimmed don't work, how do i fix the wifi problem??

    What games exactly?

    Some games don't seem to work.

    And I don't think trimming would help other than reducing files sizes-but I never trimmed before.

    Funny one...I could go wfc on Ultimate mortal kombat on that firmware...yet trying to play local (ds to ds) wont connect lol!

    yeah i cannot connect to a local ds. why?
    which firmware will allow me to do this??
    can i modify akaio 1.5 someway to allow me to play it?
    my acekard is a fraud, with AKAIO 1.5 it doesnt even load the menu

    Do you have a wireless connection setup at your home? What security does it have? WEP, WPA, None?

    i meant to say local ds download games...sorry
    i cannot connect to a local ds. why?
    which firmware will allow me to do this??

    Try the latest AKAIO. 1.5
    Or the latest official acekard firmware.

    You'll want to try and use unpatched, untrimmed, clean ROMs first.

    ...I used older versions of akio-they let me work.

    How odd...

    I used the one before 1.40 if I remember correctly...

    But what games exacltly?

    Sometimes you need to turn on a cheat so that you can play against other opponents. I believe that Metriod Hunters is like that...

    AKAIO 1.5 should do the trick. Also, you do not need to trim the games since the AK2i does that automatically.

    I think you have the same problem as me,

    router encryption, the DS uses WEP, and my router uses WPA

    not the wifi games, i can play online without a problem
    the problem is through local to local games.

    I have the sameproblem to so this is what I did okay so i first setup up my wifi information on a game like pokemon diamond okay then I went into wifi then nothing happens it justs says that it could not locate the acsess point on my second try which I held the dsi closer to the acsess point then it still says the same thing
