Acekard 2i with Akaio cant get past "Loading" Screen.

I'm pretty sure I have all the right files and stuff.

How do I fix this? I'm on a DS Lite.

 

ummm take the card and of the ds and put back in and still does not work take out the card and the sd card too then gently blow where the sd card goes

p.s when i mean by card i mean acekard.

Oh, and I also have formatted the card using the Panasonic program.

 

Your akmenu file is probably messed up. Redownload it.

 

did you download the loader too?

the loader has to put into the loaders folder, which is located in the _aio folder

Just did that and still stuck at the loading screen.

The DS Lite recognizes the acekard 2i though. It just wont load the Akaio firmware...

 

hmm, you putting the loader in the correct folder?

it needs to go in the loaders folder, not the AK2 loader folder, and make sure the 3 files (loaders) are deleted before you insert the new loader

 

Yeah I did that. I deleted the old ones before putting in the new ones.

Yep. The akmenu4 is onthe root of the card.

Root of the card looks like:

__aio (or whatever this one is called)
Games
akmenu4

Lol, I don't think you understand. I can't even get to the Games folder on the DS.

I turn on the DS Lite. The main menu pops up and I choose the Acekard to boot up the flashcart. It then says "Loading" and it gets stuck at that.

I never even get to the Acekard's main menu.

 

not had or heard of that problem before, maybe the mods can help you out.

Are you trying to use AKAIO 1.5?

The team said they implemented some code to make it not run on fake Acekards. It could be that your card won't run 1.5 because of this. Try loading 1.4.1 or some earlier firmware.

 

Where do I get the 1.4.1 firmware?

 

Mine does that too with AKAIO 1.5 - hold X immediately after choosing the game you want, and it'll load.
