Are you pressing down until the spring goes "click"?

that was the first time i put it in it it did and it was fine

but the SECOND time i did, its not like bouncy (you know shows the sign of the spring) like when i took it out, somehow the spring broke. i couldnt press it down like the first time, if i did im afraid i might break the card.

EDIT: okay. this is F'ed up. i push it down, but it went a tiny bit harshed then on first time. i turned on and the it loaded up.

    um. ok. weird.

It should work kinda if you try and jam it in there.

Or take some tape and tape it in place if it continues to happen.

Or you can open it and take the spring out. I don't think it really needs it.

    100% not a clone - runs AKAIO 1.6 RC2 :) No spring.

The spring vs non spring issue is quite well known, the older builds are usually the ones with springs.

Last year, HW ID shows it is one of the newer models.

Time of purchase isn't time of manufacture :)
