Acekard 2i (probably a stupid question)

    Am going to replace the old r4 with a new acekard r4i.co.uk and seen a disclaimer: We only provide software for Nintendo Consoles up to 1.3 Firmware only (For DSi that have 1.4 firmware please revert to the Acekard website: http://www.acekard.com)
    i am only using on ds lite would everything work ok newest firmware etc? Please forgive my stupidity.

    Acekard2i supports DSi with 1.4.
    It also works just fine on the DS Phat and Lite.
