Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the silly danny phantom icon or i am stuck with that?

No, it's the DSi 1.4 firmware bypass method. Acekard2i makes the DSi think that it is a Danny Phantom game. Without it, it won't run.

 

I wish there was a way to change what it tricks the DSi into thinking... like MegaMan or someother cool game. But NOOO they had to choose stupid Danny Phantom.

I wonder if the 1.5x update will block these games?

If it ever comes out.

My R4i Gold has got it good compared to ya'll. It's got a StarWars Game.

 

But compatibility wise, AK2i kick R4i's arse.

 

I wouldnt care if it had an icon of 2 guys blowing each other, it's THE best FC out there at this time, IMO....

 

My friend thinks R4 is better than AK2. Boy is he wrong.

Hey hey hey, past few posters, threads about AK2i's cartridge recognition software/inquiry. Let's all please stay on topic.

And I just found out, my R4i gold's firmware is currently 1.30, and it displays the Star Wars game. But if I change the firmware to 1.31, it turns into Danny Phantom. lol

 

Having an icon show up (providing you don't use autoboot) for a second must be a real grind. Sorry that you have to put up with that I'll pray for you all.

 

jeez, its only there for like what, two seconds, three at most, just be greatful it still works, nintendo are realy cracking down on piracy latley, thats why my R4 Original is being replaced with an AceKard2i

this means that i'll upgrade my DSLite to a DSi, mabye DSiXL, dont know yet, large screen sounds cool, but i've heard the images dont scale up nicely. :-[

 

Honestly I wouldn't care Danny Phantom, Barbie, care bears, teletubbies or anything as gay as that shows up. Just be grateful you can play for free.....plus I like Danny Phantom
