I have a DSi with the acekard 2i, and I was wondering if there is anyway to put pokemon yellow, blue, red, or any of the older pokemon games that are GBA-down?

You can play the gameboy and GBC games with the lameboy emulator on the AK2i. http://filetrip.net/f5597-Lameboy-DS-0-12.html

But you can't play GBA from the AK2i on the DSi.

Yellow blue and red are GBC games. You can get a gbc emulator online just google lameboy and you will be able to play yellow blue red crystal gold silver. You can't emulate gba games (yet).

should take that yet out of there as you never will play gba games on any ds unless its with a slot 2 card

Do you have valid proof of that? Give it a year or two, and some homebrew might come that enables GBA playing on a DSi, even if not perfect.

Supposedly on the Supercard DSTWO you can. Unreleased still. http://gbatemp.net/index.php?s=40d4881ca3b8c6f3de3ee769a3b44101&showtopic=192112 proof there.
