    I need help!!

Okay, I had an Acekard 2i for over a year now. (Been playing with an 2GB Mirco SD Card.) And it's been working FINE. But, TODAY..I got an 8GB SDHC Mirco SD Card to play more games and stuff. BUT, for some reason..Not only it has slower loading, it slows down gameplay too! (And lags too.)

Can anyone help me on this? I already tried Reformating.

What Class (speed) is your new 8GB Card, and what brand?

Did you try formatting it with an SD card formatter like this:

Class 2 is a slower card. This could be causing the slow load times.

It shouldn't really cause slow motion gameplay though, but maybe slow loading times or transitions during games.

I just got an Acekard 2i and use an 8GB sandisk sdhc card, unsure what class. But it works perfectly so far.

There should be a big number in it. Can you tell what class (Number) it is, metal?

Class 4, just looked at the link from a previous post. Mine ain't much faster than yours but class 2 might be laggy, are you using most recent firmware?

I have a 16GB card. Have no speed concerns. Just as fast as my 512MB, 1GB, 4GB and 8GB cards.
