AceKard 2 - Does it work with the latest firmware?

    Hello everybody. I have a Nintendo DSi and a AceKard 2. My current firmware is 1.3E.
    Do you know if AceKard 2 works with the latest firmware?

    Also, in order to connect to the internet (with DSi), I need a wireless connection?

    No, the 2.i would work.

    It's to do with the hardware in the card it'self, not the firmware.

    As for the internet, unless you got a nintendo usb adaptor, you would need a wireless access point.

    I didn't really got this part. Will my AceKard work if I update to the latest Firmware? I want to access Nintendo DSi shop and I have to update it in order to access it.
    But if I update my AceKard might not work.

    What he is saying is that you need to use an Acekard 2i in order to load ROMs on a Nintendo DSi. An Acekard 2 or Acekard for that matter will not load any ROMs from a SD card. As for your question, the Acekard 2i running AKAIO 1.5.x will work with the latest DSi firmware.

    That's what I needed. I have the AceKard and I put ROMS on the AceKard. I didn't knew if AceKard updated their software to work on the latest firmware.
