Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth

My rom keeps giving me white screens when I start it up. It's weird, it's worked before, the US version I played the 1st case and it worked but then I got white screens when I tried to start it up again. Then I switched to the the EUR version and I was able to play the 2nd case, but soon after, I tried starting the game again and I got the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've already formatted my SD card, and tried both versions. Any ideas?

 

Do you have latest firmware?

 

I have 1.18. I thought that was the latest. Unless I'm wrong?

Works better than 1.18
It's an alternate firmware for the R4.

 

Oh? Okay. Does the game run for you with Ysmenu?

 

I don't have an R4, but it runs for others with the R4 and Ysmenu.

Well I installed Ysmenu and I still get the white screens. Anything else I could do? I look in the comments and it seems to work fine for everyone else. I don't know why it won't work for me.

 

It works on r4 without patches.

I see that it works without patches but it doesn't work for me. And I'd love to figure out why.

 

I've had a freezing problem with this game too. I posted my problem on a topic a couple of days ago, but gave up on it. I'm just wondering if anyone has found a solution to it. I have an M3 DS Real with updated M3 Sakura. It freezes when I try to deduce the bullet hole on the coat.

Backup all your files and reformat your MicroSD.

Totolongo; solana may or may not be using 1.18 with an original.

 

I highly doubt it's the SD card. Someone formatted their card and had the same outcome.

 

With freezing issues, it is the first solution.

 

I've already formatted, didn't do anything. Then I reformatted again before I installed Ysmenu.
