Ok...im watching Ophrah right now and they are featuring weight-loss records.. Men and women losing 200-500 lbs. of fat from 1-3 years...

Question...What happens to the excess skin?...Do you have it removed surgically or is there a way to tighten it through excersie?

if there's a lot of it, it gets surgically removed

    Both.

Depends on the person, and how fast they lose the weight, and how long they want to wait for it to happen. A woman I work with got gastric bypass surgery, and for about half a year her skin was a bit saggy, but now it's tightened back up without surgery.

    so....

Slow weight lost equals tight or less excess skin?
Fast weight lost equals lots of excess skin?

does the "roughness" of excercise count as a variable?

I presume the "roughness" of exercise doesn't count as a variable

So assuming that you do jogging, martial arts, swimming, or running,..it makes no difference to just plain walking?

Cardio is for fat, not necessarily skin. A lot of excess skin would have to be surgically removed yeah.
