About my DSi...

I thought I fixed my R and L button and did worked, but now the biggest problem is that I have my DSi R button kinda... cracked up. Like, you tries to push it down and it ticked... But what as really pissed me off before this happened was that my R button is holding down ITSELF!

I still had my warrery, but I want to send my DSi to get fix, so I have a question...

Since they knew about this kind of release for anti-piracy... Should I send my DSi? 'cause I'm feeling vulnerable to send it and get it fix...

Because the reason why because according in my theory, they might fix my DSi AND the cart, which is my DSi lose abilities to do this so...

So, please give me a reply: Should I send my DSi to Nintendo to get it fix or not?

 

What flashcart do you have?
If you send in your DSi to get fixed, you don't have to send them any flashcarts or games with it, just the DSi. So they won't "fix" your cart...

But they might update your DSi to 1.4, so you'll need to know if your flashcart supports 1.4

 

well.......don't send in your flash cart for one.

and they can't tell if you've used a flash cart anyways on a ds or dsi.

if you still have a warranty, then send it in cause i wouldn't want to pay for a new one or to get the buttons fixed by someone who doesn't know what they are doing...or by yourself.

 

I have 1.4 and my Flashcart is Acekard 2i...

So, as long as I can hold off my Acekard 2i and send my DSi, I can be fine, right?

 

Yes.

Just send them the DSi, and you'll be fine. There is no reason to send them the Acekard or any of your games or other hardware.
