I've seen tons of people with an iPod touch in the subway, watching Korean shows and listening to Kpop.

    Imagine there's no Apple.
    what will happen?

Extreme bias ahead. Hold onto your knickers!

No more shitty undeservingly mainstream MP3 players.

    A world without Apple? Utopian.

"A world without Apple is not a world at all."

I like their slender designs and simple logo.

I hate most apple products, Macs are "easy to use", bullshit IMO, they're frustrating, either that or I'm just used to PCs, more likely the former. The iPhone's are irratating as well, they're meant to be a MUSIC player, not a music player AND a bloody phone, frustrating to use too. iPod touchs; I don't mind, will probably get one for my birthday. The only one I own & actually like is the iPod, they're much better then any other MP3 player I've tried, plus it can play video ;)

To be able to understand a computer you have to be in-tune with how it works... In my ICT class I use nothing but a mac and I had never used one before... So in a year and half I've already figured out how to use it effectively and do what I need to on it.

It didn't take me all of that time to figure out how to work and use it though it, it took me a couple of days.

The only computer's I used in this year & last year's media class was Mac's, it's okay if all you want to do is go on the internet, but when you want to actually use it, I hate it. Even though I used them for so long I just couldn't like them.

I see, I study ICT for A level, so I have to use a variety of programs. At the moment we're being taught how to use Adobe Director.

Other times I'll have to use Pages, which is just like Micosoft Word. And there's keynote, which is just like Microsoft Powerpoint.

To me Windows and Mac are kinda similar.

Fair enough, it's okay for some things, like video editing, Adobe programs etc.

Yeah true, I like it's designs and the way it works... It's just a bit slow sometimes.

a world without apple would be a world without pc for the average consumer/people.
if you watch pirates of sillicone valley, you'll notice that apple was the one who helped push computers into peoples hands. ibm, hewlett packard, compaq, etc... didn't care about bringing computers into peoples hands and if apple didn't exist, then non of us would be here using a pc.

second, no gui. apple helped push gui. if apple didn't exist, most of us would probably be still using command prompts like in dos.

    1. my siggy wins it has you lost the game in a pic so -.... I just lost the game... *sulks*
    2. I'm not fussed about the place, I was agreeing with the GUI :)

    Edit Addition:

The school re-did all the programming for Macs on the school network and have seriously buggered most of it up :) No programs work fully, no-one has sufficient privileges to access their own documents.

Some people just aren't bright... Mac was always perceived as a smart persons computer. How failed they have, As writing sense no make.
