A way to bypass region lock on New 3DS v10.3.0?

    I have Sky3DS blue button and a, pretty sure I can even use a ROM of Cube Ninja but I'm not finding a way to do it on this version. Anyone know a way to bypass region lock on the NEW 3DS on this version?

    Dammit all I really want to play is Inazuma Eleven!!!

    I have tried to play out-of-region games with Sky3DS.
    The instruction seems to come from 3ds-blog.
    There was detailed tutorial.

    I figured it out since apparently no one posts here anymore. Anyway, for future reference, install the home brew hack and use the region free app in it. Boom.
