ice skating is incredibly fun and you only wear tights if you figure skate. also i don't know if you have ever noticed you need to be able to skate to play ice hockey which is one of the most manly sports you can do, its also really fun to play (i used to play roller hockey, its the same just without the ice)
Dude skating is so much fun add a stick, a puck and a net and you have one of the best sport ever:hockey
What the Eff? Is this what I've been missing these past few days, people becoming arrogant & disrespectful all of a sudden? Hmmm... I can't say I agree with this current fad... tsk tsk. Anyway, I really want to learn to ice skate, but I'm not to excited going on public ice rinks where people oohle & laugh at you for being a noob.
If you want to learn ice skate, learn to skate using inline skates, it's pretty much the same except ice skating is easier imo.
oh right you're in the Philippines forgot They dont "force" you, but it's good to learn, cause everybody here plays hockey or most of them

I feel this topic's getting involved in a rather social context. Maybe we should just concentrate on skating than the implications of rural poverty to keep the mood light (and avoid spam as well)? =)
Well i like to ice skate i'm ok at it but my cousin used to do and he would have gone to the winter olympics if he did not have to do GCSE's
skating roller or ice is fun and if your afraid of someone laughing at you then mate you may as well never leave the house cause there will always be some one who will poke fun at you
