A simple Question

Hi, I'm new to RomUlation and it seems brill............. that is if I could simply download a ds game. Ok, so here is what I have done, chose my game Call of Duty 4, clicked download at the top, then unzipped it and it became a NDS file. I saved it to my USB drive with a 4GB chip in it. Removed the chip and put in a card for the DS. Turned DS on and it only ever sez 'Loading.........' but never actually loads...... I bet there is a simple answer........ thanks for any help Pauline :'

Firmware-The internal software that makes your flashcart work.
Flashcart-The thing you put your SD card in to make the DS play roms
Depending on the brand of the flashcart you might need to patch the rom, there should be a link to converting software on the flashcart makes site, you can also find the firmware there.
